What can you expect for release 2?

Hey guys! It hasn't been long since we talked last. I However, since it FEELS like I've gone a little while without saying anything, I wanted to create another log, talking about what to expect in release 2.

I've been asked about the genre of the game quite a few times, and while I intend to stretch multiple genres dependent on the spot we have reached in the story , the first chapter will be another slice of life/ introductory type chapter to thoroughly introduce all the characters, and set the setting. It may appear like I'm aiming for another college slice of life AVN with no real plot besides "yay college and partying," but we have a lot in store. That doesn't mean there won't be college shit and parties, though. 🧐

Character wise, the biggest thing is that Winter finally appears in person! She still isn't going to get the screen time she deserves this chapter due to story reasons; however, she will finally have real dialogue directly to our main character. We also are introducing quite a few new characters, including side girls, teachers, and mc's best friends. We've worked really hard on making them all unique, so I hope you enjoy the writing we have for them! Also, even though Winter won't get the screen time she deserves just yet (trust me, it pains me too), the other main girls will, along with extended screen time for a few of the side girls. Expect to learn a lot about the characters, including more about their involvement with MC, and maybe even hinting at their purpose in the story. 

The new chapter takes place the morning after (of?) mc's nightmare that ended the prologue. This also coincides with his first day of college. Echo Lake University does things a bit weird, and the first week of school is just one orientation class per day. Thankfully, due to this scheduling, we get a chance to create a day by day schedule; morning scene, introduction to each class, then extended afternoon scene, and evening scene. This will be over the course of 4 in game days. While it may seem a bit weird, it will be worth it to learn about side characters and set up 1 on 1 situations with the girls while also fleshing them out. 

In terms of sex scenes... what? You actually thought I'd reveal that this early? You'll have to wait to see those scenes when you play the game. We are increasing the amount of animations, and with Lovorkos help, the animations are much better and much more unique than what we had in release 1. We will have lewd scenes with the side characters, but with the main girls, we will be moving slowly. Patience is a virtue, and the payoff will be satisfying. Trust me, I'd LOVE to just give the mc romantic scenes with all the girls right now, but it's not in the cards yet. When it finally reaches that point, it will be THAT much better.
